Q:  How do I return an item?
A:  Please contact us at admin@mmajoe.com.  We will get back to you within 24 hours on how we will process your return. 

Q:  What shipping options are there, and how long will it take for my order to be shipped?
A:  We ship everything using the U.S. Postal service and all orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase depending on time and day.  If you require urgent delivery, please email us at admin@mmajoe.com and in the subject of your email type “EXPEDITE DELIVERY”.

Q:  How do I redeem a gift certificate?
A:  During the checkout process, you will see a field titled “Gift Certificate”.  Enter the gift certificate code you have there to have it applied to your order.

Q:  Is the site secure?
A:  Any personal information given to mmajoe.com will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties.  MMAJOE’s server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, MMAJOE does not store your credit card information at any time.

Q:  How can I pay for my order?
A:  We accept major credit cards. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal at this time.

Q:  What is your privacy policy?
A:  We respect your right to privacy. At MMAJOE we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We do not store your credit card information.

Q:  Why isn't my size an option?
A:  All of our clothing is in stock, if your size is not an option, we are OUT, send us an e-mail at joe@mmajoe.com to demand we get more in your size!

MMAJOE will not rent or sell your name or personal information.  Period.
